Bethesda Child Development Center offers a before and after-school care program in the Appoquinimink School, Spring Meadow Early Childhood Center. Before school programs begin at 6:30 am and run until the beginning of school. The after-school program begins at the end of the school day and runs until 6:00 pm. Our programs engage the children in gross motor activities, teacher-directed activities, arts and crafts, outside and gym time, free play, and many other child-centered activities.
