Our Goddard School Teachers

Hello! I am Miss Lori, your Director of Operations and Morning Greeter here at Goddard. I am also the Special Events Coordinator and have been employed at The Goddard School since 2006. I am so thankful for the opportunity to work at a school that provides such a nurturing and loving environment. My husband John and I have been married for 30 years. We have 2 grown children, Ariana (29) and Marco (26). When I am not at the school, I love spending time with my family. I also enjoy baking, cooking and shopping. The best thing about being a teacher is helping the children grow and learn new things every day. I love working with children and seeing their eyes light up when they discover something new. I am very passionate about helping the children develop a love for learning and knowing that they can do anything if they put their minds to it.

Hi my name is Melissa Campbell, I have known I wanted to teach since I was old enough to talk. I love working with kids and helping them learn and grow and have been doing so for 6+ years! I joined The Goddard School team in January 2025 and have loved every minute! My husband and I have a beautiful and energetic little girl as well as our dog named Tripp! Aside from teaching, I love to listen to music, Sing, spend time with family and friends, and experience new things with my daughter!

Hi! I am Shania Martinez. I enjoy being around kids and I love to see them improve throughout time. I am extremely happy to be a part of their journey. I like to watch soccer and movies on my own time and I also really enjoy doing nails.

My name is Elizabeth but I get called Liz at Goddard and by friends and family. I work in the infant room and love seeing these babies grow up. I have an identical twin sister and two older brothers, that work in Guatemala. I am fluent in two languages, Spanish and English. On my free time I like to paint, sing and go to yoga. I also love working out at the gym. A unique thing about me is that I practice Color Guard. It is a "unique" sport that includes dance, flexibility and more. My favorite color is pink and I love elephants. I love working with different ages of kids and teaching them amazing things.

Hello! My name is Melani Ramirez. I am the aftercare teacher in the Toddler room since October 2022. I love being able to work and be around kids! I am extremely grateful to be able to play a role in their little lives and seeing them learn something new everyday. I love seeing the light bulb moments and hearing them navigate situations with the words we help them learn. In general I enjoy seeing them grow, learn and develop. A bit about me is that I have two older sisters and a younger sister. In my free time I enjoy hanging out with my family, friends and boyfriend. I also enjoy shopping! If anything you can always find me at Marshalls, HomeGoods, or Tjmaxx!

My name is Shital Shah, and I am an assistant teacher in the First Steps room. I have been a part of this family since January 2025. Up till now I enjoy everything that comes with this experience. I have been working with kids for 25 years now. I believe the kids have a pure soul and are amazing to work with. I always try my best to create a safe and educational environment for them. I have been married for 25 years and have two kids. In my free time I like to spend time with my kids, listen to music and meditate.

Hi, I am Ella Davis. I love working with kids and watching them grow into amazing individuals. I love teaching them new things and seeing them improve on skills that they’ve been working on. I’m proud to dedicate my time to working with kids. On my own time I like to do eyelashes.
